EXCHANGES & RETURNS.
As every single piece is 100% handmade and one-of-a-kind or made to order, please allow for human made imperfections should there be any as this is what makes every item in the shop unique and gives it it’s personal touch.
If you are not happy with your item, please contact Rannka to schedule your exchange. We do not accept returns unless the item arrives faulty. The nature of our products (one of a kind or made to order) make up for this policy.
Please email your name, date of purchase, and invoice number, along with the cause for the return.
All returns must be postmarked no later than 7 days from receiving the item.
Items should be unworn/unused/unaltered and in the original form it was purchased. Any items returned that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted.
Shipping fees are not refundable except for faulty items. The refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.
Once an item has been received, you have a 7-day period to report a faulty item to hello@rannka.com. Please include your name, date of purchase and invoice number in the e-mail.
Once we have received your returned package, your exchange will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account. Please note that your banking institution may require extra days to process this transaction to your account.
Non-Returnable Items.
All items purchased on sale are non-returnable.
Items Lost in Mail or Stolen.
FOR RANNKA RINGS: We are more than happy to make and ship another order of your Rannka rings should the package be lost or stolen if you reside in USA. If you are an international customer, we simply ask that you pay for another shipping fee and we’ll make your order again, free of charge.
FOR OTHER RANNKA GOODS: Both domestic and international, please contact Rannka.
