Following payment authorization and verification, you will receive your order within 4-6 business days unless otherwise stated on the item’s product page (handmade items take time and the estimate is usually located as product details). This does not include weekends or holidays. Since Rannka is located in New York, if your shipping address is a New York address you can expect your package a bit earlier.

Taxes and Duties.
You are in charge of assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Rannka.com, the recipient is the importer and must meet the terms with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees by the destination country. The beneficiary of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the correct exchange rate that you will pay.
Policy and Terms.
By placing an order at Rannka.com, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Rannka. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days of purchase, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Some products require up to 5-14 work days of production. Orders are not shipped on the Sundays or holidays.
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add email@example.com to your safe sender list.
Items lost in mail or stolen. FOR RANNKA RINGS: We are more than happy to make and ship another order of your Rannka rings should the package be lost or stolen if you reside in USA. If you are an international customer, we simply ask that you pay for another shipping fee and we’ll make your order again, free of charge.
